POSITIONING DEVICES

Positioning devices are designated for the rotation of welded semi-products (weldments) during their manufacture. The design of positioning device is based on opposite positioned adapted lifting devices. Rotary fixing plates are provided on the supporting arms instead of supports (one plate rotation is drive, the other rotates freely). An auxiliary frame is fixed between these two plates with the weldment. The rotation can be stopped in any turning angle. Both stands are anchored to the floor in their working position.

POSITIONING DEVICE 2 x 10 tonnes

Individual stands are based on lifting jacks PZ 25. The total weight is 20 tonnes. Supporting arms with fixing plates are retractable. A frame carrying the weldment is fixed to these plates.

POSITIONING DEVICE 2 x 5 tonnes

Individual stands are based on lifting jacks ST 12. The system is designated for the positioning of weldments up to 10 tonnes. Supporting arms with fixing plates are retractable. A frame carrying the weldment is fixed to these plates.

POSITIONING DEVICE 2 x 5 tonnes (with supporting frame)

Individual stands are based on lifting jacks ST 12. The system is designated for the positioning of weldments up to 10 tonnes. Supporting arms with fixing plates are retractable. A frame that is a part of the positioning device is fixed to these plates. The frame can be moved on the fixing plates. This way, the rotation axis misalignment size can be set in order to control the burden centre of gravity.

POSITIONING DEVICE 2 x 1.5 tonnes

Individual stands are based on lifting jacks PZK 2,25. They are designated for the positioning of weldments up to 3 tonnes. Supporting arms are fixed. The driving unit arm is provided with a weldment frame driver. The other arm is supportive.
