LIFTING PLATFORMS

The company manufactures a series of lifting platforms designated to lift vehicles (e.g. tramways) or people (painting, assembly lifting platforms).

LIFTING PLATFORM ZP 5.5M

The platform is designated for the lifting of tram undercarriages up to 5.5 tonnes and for work on them. The platform consists of four columns with supporting screws, 2 longitudinal beams with rails, two transversal beams and motor with gear box. Supporting screws are suspended in columns. Supporting nuts interconnected with the driving unit by chain rotate on the screws. The chain runs over transmission pulleys inside the longitudinal and transversal beams. Transversal beams are fixed between two columns with longitudinal beams with rail bolted to them. The distribution unit with control elements is provided on the column nearby the driving unit.

MOBILE HYDRAULIC LIFTING PLATFORM

A mobile hydraulic lifting platform that facilitates access to railway vehicles when painted or washed. The lifting platform consists of a chassis frame with driving wheels with two column line with frame. The frame that includes the line supports the working platform frame on a scissors mechanism. The platform moves horizontally and vertically. The system moves along the vehicle. Compressed air and water is supplied to the booth. For paint shop applications, all drives are hydraulic and the driving set is located outside the paint shop. The lifting platform is supplied in several versions with varying platform travel height/rise and for bot explosive and non-explosive environment.
